Shop Policies and Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5-10 BUSINESS days of the order date unless otherwise stated. This is the time it takes for the order to be packed and sent to the post office, not including transit time of the package while in the postal service's possession.
Transit time of packages refers to the time it takes for the postal service to delivery your package to you. It does NOT include the time it takes for Starmint Art to package your order, nor does Starmint Art have any control over the time it takes for the postal service to deliver your order.
When Will My Item Ship?
For the most part, orders ship out twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays! Any orders placed Fridays and onward will ship the following Tuesday, and any orders placed Monday and onwards will ship at the end of the business week on Saturday. This is a tentative personal shipping schedule to limit trips to and from the post office, and gives you a good idea of when your items may depart on their way to you! The schedule is not set in stone, nor does it determine the transit time of any parcel.

Where is my Order Confirmation Email or Tracking Information?
All orders receive both an order confirmation email at the time of the order and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number at the time the order is processed fully. If you have not received an email confirming your order number, as well as a later email providing you shipping information, please email us at starmint.art@gmail.com. It is very likely that the email address that was entered at checkout was incorrect, or one that Autofill entered you may not recognize or check often. Mispellings of emails is also common, which will also result in NO confirmation email.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, thank you for your understanding! Please read any and all item descriptions before placing an order. All dimension information and item specifications are listed on each product’s page.

Order Cancellations
Please reach out to us via email at starmint.art@gmail.com if you ever need to cancel your order. Order cancellations are NOT guaranteed, they are only possible if the order has not been packaged yet, and its shipping label has not been generated. Generally order fulfillment can be pretty quick, so it is advised that any outstanding orders to be canceled should be addressed as soon as possible!
Otherwise, shipping and packaging materials may have already been used for the order and may not be re-usable, or the order itself may already be on the way, at which point, cancellation is no longer an option.
Address Changes
Address changes are ONLY possible before the order has been processed and sent to the post office. Please double-check that your information is correct before submitting your order, and if an address problem arises, please send us an email at starmint.art@gmail.com to try to solve the issue as soon as possible! Address changes are NOT guaranteed. If the order has been processed and is on its way to you, there is little we can do on our end to reroute it.
Returned to Sender
Occasionally, orders are returned to sender due to a myriad of reasons such as incorrect addresses. Under these conditions, we reach out to the customer as soon as we receive the returned parcel and the customer has the opportunity to re-ship the order to a correct destination by covering the re-shipping postage fee of $5.
Combining Orders
Combining orders is possible and will result in the shipping fee of lesser value being refunded to you but combining is NOT guaranteed. As with any process that requires editing order information, the customer must contact us at starmint.art@gmail.com BEFORE either order is processed and sent to the post office.
Order Damage or Error
Stamint Art is managed, processed and fulfilled by one person! This means that a certain amount of human error is unfortunately to be expected. This also means that damage to orders sustained during the shipping process is possible (though uncommon thus far) though is outside of our control.
If there is any damage apparent on your items, please take well-lit, decent quality photos and send them to starmint.art@gmail.com where we can review the damage and work together to solve the issue.
If upon receiving your order you find that you are missing an item you ordered, or have received the wrong item, please contact us at the above email to resolve the issue! We will always strive to make it up to you and make things worth your while. :)
If you find that you have extra of your item, duplicates, or something you didn’t order, keep it! It’s yours. I enjoy giving freebies but even if it was a mistake, the item now belongs to you. :)
Domestic Shipping Information
The transit times for mail range from 7 to 14 days. Most orders arrive well within 2 weeks, though Covid-19 has made shipping times more unpredictable. Additionally, shipping times during the holidays between November through January experience delays more often. Some orders tracked or untracked can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please wait a minimum of 4 weeks before contacting us about a lost order as it may still arrive!
Orders ship with TRACKING through USPS as First Class Packages. Transit times are listed on the official USPS website as being between 2-5 business days. Please wait a minimum of 4 weeks before contacting us about a lost order as it may still arrive! Many outstanding factors may cause delays in the postal system, and we are unfortunately unable to control any of them.
International Shipping Information
Currently we only offer tracked shipping internationally for Canada and Mexico. Many more countries are available to be shipped to through our Etsy shop. However, we are currently unable to ship to countries within the EU due to additional shipping and packaging regulations and we apologize deeply for that inconvenience.
If you do happen to have an outstanding international order with us, please note that international deliveries do take longer to arrive and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. It may take even up to 2 months of your package being marked as “in transit” for your order to arrive. During this time, we ask that you continue to be patient while your order makes its way to you. If your order takes a long time to arrive and you suspect it may be lost, please feel free to reach out. Even so, each country’s postal office may require up to 2 months before we are able to submit a claim for the package in the case of international shipping.

Lost Orders, Marked Delivered
Unfortunately, there are times when packages are marked as delivered but a customer may not be able to find their order. There are many possible reasons for this:
- The order was input with the wrong address. Please check if your order was placed with the right address if you cannot find it. We cannot be held accountable for the wrong address input at checkout.
- The order was marked delivered by the postal service, but is in actuality still in transit. This is something that happens more frequently around the holiday season, unfortunately. It is extremely stressful, but thankfully a lot of the time, the package does make it to its rightful destination! It may even take an extra 2-3 weeks.
- The order was stolen :(. This is an unfortunate possibility. Please always stay on top of the tracking as best as you can and do what is within your power to have a secure delivery space or monitor your delivery space accordingly.
Under these less-than-ideal circumstances, it is important to remember that there is little we can do about an order that has been marked as delivered to your address. We are given the same information about your package as you are, and to the best of our knowledge, the order has made it to its destination.
The best people to contact about your order are your local post office. Through them, you can possibly get in touch with your mail carriers or find out whether the post office has held onto your package for any reason. Another option available to you is to file a missing mail request directly with USPS:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for mail that has been lost or delivered to the wrong address by USPS. Once orders leave our hands, we are no longer the ones in charge of delivering them to their destination, and cannot be held liable for USPS's mistakes and errors.
International Customs
As stated above, most international orders are actually not possible on our website. We apologize for this inconvenience and wish we could make our products more accessible on a global level. In the case that international orders are accepted, our shop is not responsible for any customs, additional fees, VAT, taxes, or import duties that may apply to outgoing orders. Those receiving packages are responsible for paying any fees upon the delivery of said packages.
Right to Refuse Service
We have the right to refuse service to any person, under any circumstances.
